JURIES ACT 1967 - SECT 43
Personation of jurors
A person shall not personate, or attempt to personate, a person whose name is
in a jury pool for the purpose of sitting as that person on a jury.
Maximum
penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
