Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) Before serving as a juror, a person shall in open court make an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form specified in schedule 1, part 1.1.
(2) A person may make the oath or affirmation individually or as part of a group of people.
