Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) In an ACT law, a reference (either generally or specifically) to a law includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the law.
(2) In subsection (1), a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the law includes a reference to any law or instrument applied, adopted or incorporated (with or without change) under the law.
(3) This chapter applies to an instrument applied, adopted or incorporated under a law as if—
(a) the instrument were a law; and
(b) any other necessary changes were made.
