Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) If the parliamentary counsel authorises under this Act the republication of 2 or more laws in a collection, this chapter applies to each of the laws in the collection as if it were republished separately.
(2) This section does not prevent the use of—
(a) a single contents for the collection; or
(b)
information applying to 2 or more laws in the collection.
