LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 151B

Doing things for which no time is fixed

    (1)     This section applies if—

        (a)     under an Act or statutory instrument, something must or may be done; but

        (b)     no time is provided for doing the thing.

    (2)     The thing must or may be done as soon as possible and as often as needed.
