LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 33

Guidelines about costs of proposed subordinate laws and disallowable instruments

    (1)     The Minister may issue guidelines to be applied in deciding whether a proposed subordinate law or disallowable instrument is, or is not, likely to impose appreciable costs on the community or a part of the community.

    (2)     A guideline is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under this Act.
