(1) If an Act or statutory instrument (the authorising law ) gives power to make a statutory instrument about a matter, the instrument may make provision in relation to a particular aspect of the matter even though provision is made by the authorising law in relation to another aspect of the matter or in relation to another matter.
(2) This section is a determinative provision.
