Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) If an Act or statutory instrument (the authorising law ) gives power to make a statutory instrument about a matter, the instrument may make provision in relation to a particular aspect of the matter even though provision is made by the authorising law in relation to another aspect of the matter or in relation to another matter.
