LEGISLATION ACT 2001 - SECT 64

Presentation of subordinate laws and disallowable instruments

    (1)     A subordinate law or disallowable instrument must be presented to the Legislative Assembly not later than 6 sitting days after its notification day.

    (2)     If a subordinate law or disallowable instrument is not presented in accordance with subsection (1), it is taken to be repealed.

    (3)     This section is a determinative provision.
