Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The registrar-general may register a memorandum of incorporeal right that creates an incorporeal right other than an annuity or rent charge.
Note 1 A fee may be determined under s 139 (Determination of fees, charges and other amounts) for lodgment of a memorandum of incorporeal right.
Note 2 If a form is approved under s 140 (Approved forms) for a memorandum, the form must be used.
(2) Where the registrar-general registers a memorandum under subsection (1), he or she or she shall enter in the register such particulars of the incorporeal right, and of the land burdened or benefited by the right, as he or she considers necessary.
