Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The court may bind by recognisance every person whose written statement was admitted in evidence under section 90AA, or who was examined before it, to appear at the court at which the defendant is to be tried, and then and there to give evidence against the defendant.
(2) The recognisance must particularly specify the profession, trade, or calling of every person who enters into it, together with the person's full name and place of residence.
