Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A person served with an infringement notice or reminder notice for an infringement notice offence may apply to the administering authority for waiver of the infringement notice penalty for the offence.
(2) The application must set out—
(a) the person's financial circumstances; and
(b) the person's relevant circumstances; and
(c) anything else prescribed by regulation.
