MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1930 - SECT 256

This chapter does not apply in relation to—

        (a)     a proceeding under the Family Violence Act 2016

or Personal Violence Act 2016

; or

        (b)     a proceeding under the Workers Compensation Act 1951

; or

        (c)     a proceeding on an information for an offence.
