MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1930 - SECT 270

On the application of a party to a proceeding in the Magistrates Court, the Supreme Court may order that the proceeding be removed into the Supreme Court on the conditions about costs, security for the amount claimed or costs, or otherwise, that the Supreme Court considers just.
