MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1930 - SECT 273

Jurisdiction

    (1)     The jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to hear and decide appeals is subject to the exceptions and conditions in this part.

    (2)     Subsection (1) does not affect the operation of any other law that provides for the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
