Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) On request by the committee considering an application, the chief psychiatrist must, by written notice given to the doctor who made the application, require the doctor to give the chief psychiatrist further stated information or documents relevant to the application.
(2) The committee need not consider the application further until the required information or documents are given to the chief psychiatrist.
(3) The chief psychiatrist must give the chairperson of the committee any information or documents given to the chief psychiatrist in compliance with a requirement under subsection (1).
