MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2008 - SECT 158

    (1)     The Acts Interpretation Act 1901

(Cwlth) applies as a law of the Territory in relation to the interpretation of the applied provisions as if the applied provisions were Commonwealth laws.

Note 2     A reference to a law includes a reference to the law as originally made and as in force from time to time (see Legislation Act

    (2)     The Legislation Act

does not apply to the applied provisions.
