MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2008 - SECT 33

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person manufactures a regulated substance; and

        (b)     the person is not authorised to manufacture the substance.

Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units, imprisonment for 5 years or both.
