(1) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person must keep a register for a regulated substance; and
(b) a regulation prescribes a place to keep the register; and
(c) the person fails to keep the register at the place prescribed.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
(2) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person must keep a register for a regulated substance; and
(b) a regulation prescribes a place to keep the register; and
(c) the person fails to keep the register at the place prescribed.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(3) An offence against subsection (2) is a strict liability offence.
