MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2008 - SECT 73

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person manufactures, supplies or uses a paint containing a pesticide; and

        (b)     the pesticide is not prescribed by regulation.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
