MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2008 - SECT 75

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person is authorised to deal with a regulated therapeutic good; and

        (b)     the authorisation is subject to a condition; and

        (c)     the person contravenes the condition.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

Note     A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation (see Legislation Act

, s 104).

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
