NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 2014 - SECT 13

In this Act:

"plant"—

        (a)     means a member, alive or dead, of the—

              (i)     plant kingdom; or

              (ii)     fungus kingdom; and

        (b)     includes—

              (i)     a part of a plant; and

              (ii)     plant reproductive material.
