NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 2014 - SECT 186

    (1)     If the Minister rejects a draft reserve management plan under section 183 (3) (c), the Minister must prepare a notice stating that the draft plan is rejected (a rejection notice ).

    (2)     A rejection notice is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
