NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 2014 - SECT 204

In this part:

"biological resources "includes—

        (a)     genetic resources; and

        (b)     organisms or parts of organisms; and

        (c)     populations of species or ecological communities; and

        (d)     any other biotic component of an ecosystem with actual or potential use or value for humanity.
