NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 2014 - SECT 223

Offence—make road in wilderness area

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     makes a track or road; and

        (b)     the track or road is in a wilderness area.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
