(1) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person holds a licence; and
(b) the licence is subject to a condition; and
(c) the person fails to comply with the condition.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person holds a licence; and
(b) the licence is subject to a financial assurance condition; and
(c) the person fails to comply with the financial assurance condition.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.

(3) An offence against
this section is a strict liability offence.
