(1) A licence must—
(a) be in writing; and
(b) include the following information:
(i) the name of the licensee;
(ii) a unique identifying number (the licence number );
(iii) the licensed activity;
(iv) the animal, plant or land for the licence;
(v) the term of the licence;
(vi) the conditions on the licence;
(vii) anything else prescribed by regulation.
(2) A licence may include anything
else the conservator considers relevant.
