NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 2014 - SECT 281

    (1)     This section applies if—

        (a)     the conservator imposes a financial assurance condition on a licence; and

        (b)     the licensee does not provide the financial assurance—

              (i)     in accordance with the financial assurance condition; or

              (ii)     by the due date.

    (2)     The conservator must cancel the licence.
