Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A licensee may surrender the licence by giving written notice of the surrender (a surrender notice ) to the conservator.
(2) The surrender notice must be accompanied by—
(a) the licence; or
(b) if the licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed—a statement by the licensee verifying that the licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
