Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The conservator must keep a register of licences (the licence register ).
(2) The licence register must include the following details for each licence:
(a) the name of the licensee;
(b) the licence number;
(c) the licensed activity;
(d) the term of the licence;
(e) the conditions on the licence;
(f) anything else prescribed by regulation.
(3) The licence register may include anything else the conservator considers relevant.
(4) The licence register may be kept in any form, including electronically, that the conservator decides.
