Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A person claiming to be entitled to anything seized under this part may apply to the Magistrates Court within 10 days after the day of the seizure for an order disallowing the seizure.
(2) The application may be heard only if the applicant has served a copy of the application on the conservator.
(3) The conservator is entitled to appear as respondent at the hearing of the application.
