NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 2014 - SECT 73

What is a threatening process?

In this Act:

"threatening process" means a process that threatens, or may threaten, the survival, abundance or evolutionary development of a native species or ecological community.

Note     Ecological community —see  s 17.
Native species —see  s 16.
