NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 2014 - SECT 76

    (1)     The Minister may make a key threatening processes list in accordance with this part.

    (2)     The key threatening processes list is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
