Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A minor amendment of the threatened native species list may be appropriate if the amendment is to omit an ineligible species included under section 95 because its inclusion is not having a significant beneficial effect on the survival of the eligible species.
(2) In deciding whether a minor amendment is appropriate, the Minister must obtain and consider the advice of the scientific committee.
