OMBUDSMAN ACT 1989 - SECT 24C

Ombudsman must not do inconsistent work etc

The ombudsman must not—

        (a)     have paid employment that is inconsistent with the ombudsman's functions; or

        (b)     engage in any unpaid activity that is inconsistent with the ombudsman's functions.
