Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) If the ombudsman decides that it would be more appropriate for a complaint to be investigated by the commissioner for sustainability and the environment or the human rights commission, the ombudsman must refer the complaint to the entity.
(2) If a complaint is referred to an entity, the ombudsman must give the entity the relevant documents and information about the complaint.
