POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2006 - SECT 18
Presumption that principal understands nature and effect of making power of
attorney In the absence of evidence to the contrary, a principal who makes a
power of attorney is taken, for this Act, to understand the nature and effect
of making the power of attorney.
