POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2006 - SECT 20

A person is eligible to sign a power of attorney for the principal if the person—

        (a)     is an adult; and

        (b)     is not a witness for the power of attorney; and

        (c)     is not an attorney for the principal.
