(1) This section applies to a power of attorney made under the Medical Treatment Act 1994
that was in force immediately before the commencement of this Act.
(2) The power of attorney is taken to be an enduring power of attorney made under this Act for a health care matter.
(3) However, if the power of attorney complied with the Medical Treatment Act 1994
when made, the power of attorney is not taken to be invalid only because it does not comply with a provision of this Act about the making of powers of attorney.
