PUBLIC UNLEASED LAND ACT 2013 - SECT 40

In this Act:

"public unleased land permit "means a permit that authorises the permit-holder to exclusively use stated public unleased land (the "permitted public unleased land")—

        (a)     at a stated time (the permitted time ); and

        (b)     for a stated activity (the permitted activity ).
