RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 64C

    (1)     A tenant may apply to the ACAT for review of a proposed rental rate increase.

    (2)     An application must be made not less than 2 weeks before the day on which the proposed increase is to come into effect.
