Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The Minister may issue guidelines for deciding applications for extensions of time, including applications for extensions of time made after the time for doing something in section 26 (2) or section 28 (2) has ended.
(2) The administering authority for an infringement notice offence must comply with any guidelines for deciding an application for an extension of time.
(3) A guideline is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act
