ROAD TRANSPORT (GENERAL) ACT 1999 - SECT 31D

Approval of community work or social development program

    (1)     The responsible director-general may approve a community work or social development program for this division.

    (2)     An approval is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
