Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if a vehicle's registration is suspended under this division because of an infringement notice offence for which an infringement notice has been served on a person.
(2) The road transport authority must revoke the suspension if the vehicle's registration is transferred under the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Act 1999
to someone else and the person no longer has any interest in the vehicle.
