Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A person on whom an infringement notice or reminder notice has been served for an infringement notice offence may dispute liability for the offence by written notice given to the administering authority.

(2) The notice must set out the grounds on which the person relies.
