Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies to demerit points recorded against a person in the demerit points register for a demerit points offence (including demerit points for an offence notified to the road transport authority under section 12 (4) (Mutual recognition of demerit points)).
(2) The demerit points are taken to have been incurred by the person on the day when the offence to which the demerit points relate was committed.
