ROAD TRANSPORT (DRIVER LICENSING) ACT 1999 - SECT 31A

Offence—driving while right to drive suspended

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person's right to drive is suspended under a law of the territory; and

        (b)     the person drives a vehicle in the ACT.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
