Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) If a power or trust is given to or vested in 2 or more trustees jointly, the power or trust may be exercised by the survivor or survivors of them for the time being.
(2) This section applies to a trust except so far as the contrary intention appears in the trust instrument.
