Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) An entity mentioned in schedule 1, part 1.1, column 4 in relation to an internally reviewable decision may apply to the decision-maker for review of the decision.
(2) The application must be made within 14 working days after the day the entity is given the internal review notice.
(3) The application must—
(a) be in writing; and
(b) state the applicant's name and address; and
(c) set out the applicant's reasons for making the application.
(4) The making of an application for review of an internally reviewable decision automatically stays the operation of the decision until the application is finally dealt with.
