URBAN FOREST ACT 2023 - SECT 33

Offence—contravene condition of approval

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person contravenes a condition of an approval given to the person under section 28 or section 32.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
