UNCOLLECTED GOODS ACT 1996 - SECT 24

Goods of significant value may be disposed of by public auction—

        (a)     for a vehicle that is abandoned (other than a mobile home abandoned in a residential park)—after 14 days; or

        (b)     in any other case—after 3 months.
